How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will dispatch your gift the same day if you order before midday, Monday to Friday. Estimated courier times are North Island 1-2 days, South Island 2 -3 days and Rural Delivery 3 - 4 days. Please note these are just guidelines, external factors my come into play.
Items in the gift box are missing or broken, what do I do?
We try to pack everything so it is secure and safe while getting to it's destination but occasionally breakages happen. Flick us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out - it helps if you take a photo of the damage too.
What is your refund policy?
Because of the personalised nature of the gifts all sales are final (unless faulty) but if you have feedback or issues, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com
I accidently entered the delivery address wrong!
No worries, email us asap and we will see what we can do.
I have multiple boxes to send out, can I do this online?
You sure can! If they are going to different addresses the easiest way is to pay for each box separately. If you have more than 3 you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can sort it for you from our end.
I have a large amount of gifts I would like to send out, can you help?

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We only deliver to physical addresses, sorry.
